We assisted a client charged with a traffic infraction for no/inadequate lights/lamps. These are violations of VTL 375(2)(a)(1), 375(2)(a)(3), 375(2)(a)(4). Upon a conviction, the motorist was facing:
- 0 points on their driving record
- Up to $208 in fines
- At least $58 in fines
We were able to assist the motorist in getting his tickets dismissed. The client did not have to appear in court, miss any time at work, and did not have to pay additional fines.
